In today’s fast paced society many of us are busy, over-worked and sometimes a little stressed. We are generally trying to juggle too many things and we forget to relax and re-charge.
The word yoga means union and in our yoga practice, we aim to unite body, breath and mind. We do this through mindful breathing and movement. It’s this mindfulness that enables us to take time-out from our busy lives and enjoy some much needed “me-time”.
My yoga classes focus on building strength, flexibility and mobility through stretching and accessible yoga poses, combined with breathing and relaxation techniques.
So if you’ve always fancied yoga but been put off because you think you’re not flexible enough, these classes could be just the thing for you.
